Calibration
Calibration of the measurement chain of Motis instruments - heat flux, temperature, gas analysis, flow and weighing channels, as the instrument type requires - performed as a factory service or on site at the instrument. Calibration follows the checks and reference procedures of the instrument's own test method, so the record supports the reports the laboratory issues.
Maintenance and repair
Maintenance and repair service for Motis instruments, from burner, heater and sensor replacement to control and software faults. Describe the instrument, its age and the symptom through the contact page; diagnosis starts from the instrument's configuration record.
Training
Operator training on Motis instruments: running the test method, routine calibration checks, specimen preparation practice and maintenance routines. Training is normally delivered with installation and commissioning, and refresher sessions can be arranged for new laboratory staff.
